Qualification for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

Corporate Communications (CC)

Applicant should have Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with a specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations:

• Journalism
• Mass Communication
• Public Relations

Candidates should have minimum of two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/ Journalism and/ or a related field of work.

Human Resources (HR)

Applicant should have MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations:

• Human Resource
• Industrial Relations
• Labor Welfare
• Personnel Management
• Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labor Welfare

Marketing

Candidates should have a Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.

Salary for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the selected aspirants will get a monthly salary between Rs.50000 to Rs.160000.

Selection Procedure for IOCL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be selected on the basis of the UGC-NET June 2023 exam, Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Group Task, and Written Proficiency Test only for Corporate Communications (CC) post.

Secruity Bond for IOCL Recruitment 2023:
