IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for energetic and dedicated executives with bright academic records to join the organization for Corporate Communications (CC), Human Resources (HR), and Marketing posts. As mentioned in the Official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, candidates applying from the General/EWS category should not be more than 28 years. Relaxation to candidates applying from other categories shall apply as per government guidelines.
As given in the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be selected on the basis of UGC-NET June 2023 exam, Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Group Task, and Written Proficiency Test only for Corporate Communications (CC) post. As per the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the selected aspirants will get a monthly salary between Rs.50000 to Rs.160000. Candidates will be posted anywhere in India. According to the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, eligible candidates applying for the above post must have the following qualification given below.
Corporate Communications (CC)
Applicant should have Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with a specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations:
Candidates should have minimum of two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/ Journalism and/ or a related field of work.
Human Resources (HR)
Applicant should have MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations:
Marketing
Candidates should have a Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AIU) in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization.
As per the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2023, the selected aspirants will get a monthly salary between Rs.50000 to Rs.160000.
