IOCL Recruitment 2023: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting online applications from eligible engineering candidates for Engineers/Officers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) posts. As mentioned in the official notification for IOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for the released posts. The upper age limit of eligible candidates for both these posts is 26 years (for general category candidates). The Graduate Apprentice Engineers can be absorbed in the Corporation in the pay scale applicable to induction-level officers at the time of such absorption subject to satisfactory performance of the GAEs.
According to the official notification for IOCL Recruitment 2023, candidates hired for posts of Engineers/Officers will get a monthly salary as per pay scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000 while the GAEs will get Rs 60,000 during the apprenticeship period. The candidates will also have to sign a bond to serve the corporation for a minimum of three years. The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks scored in the GATE 2023 exam, Personal Interview, Group Discussion, and Group Task.
