There are a total of 250 vacancies open for the assigned above position. The selected candidates for the opportunity will be paid at Junior Management Grade Scale-I with the basic pay of Rs. 48480- 2000/7- 62480- 2340/2- 67160- 2680/7- 85920. Candidates to be said eligible must possess a minimum and maximum age of 20 and 30 years respectively. The upper age is relaxed upto 5 and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC NCL categories respectively and upto 10 years for PWD categories.

Stage 1: Online Examination:
There will be no sectional qualifying marks. There are minimum qualifying marks on aggregate and the minimum qualifying marks will be as decided by the Bank.
Stage 2: Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
The candidates applying for the position of LBO of a particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in any one of the specified local languages of that State as mentioned in official notification. Candidates shortlisted through the online written test will have to appear in the local proficiency test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for
personal interview and thus their candidature will not be considered for further selection process.
Stage 3: Interview:
The venue and date of personal interview will be decided and informed in due course to the applicants who have qualified the written examination. The interview shall be of 100 marks, minimum qualifying mark shall be 40 while for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories; minimum qualifying mark shall be 35.
