IOL Recruitment 2023: India Optel Limited (IOL) is a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government, with Corporate Headquarters at Raipur. IOL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Project Executive and Senior Manager (Marketing and Export). As given in the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, there is 02 vacancies for Project Executive and 01 vacancy for Senior Manager. The maximum age limit for Project Executive is 35 years and for Senior Manager is 45 years. According to the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 120000.
The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 4 years extendable by 1 year more year, subject to requirements and satisfactory performance. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. In accordance with the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, eligible and interested candidates can fill out the application form given in the official notification and send their duly filled-in application form to Assistant Works Manager (HR), India Optel Limited, OFIL Campus, Raipur, Dehradun-248008 (Uttarakhand). The place of posting will be Dehradun. However, may be deputed/transferred for official work to any of the units of IOL/Govt. offices/Departments.

For Project Executive- The maximum age limit is 35 years as of the date of advertisement.
For Senior Manager (Marketing and Export)- The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the date of advertisement.

For Senior Manager (Marketing and Export)-The selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 120000.
According to the official notification of IOL recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications and experience to apply for the given posts-
For Project Executive- First Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering & Technology (Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics), awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.
Experience- Minimum 18 months completed experience of working in a manufacturing company registered under the Companies Act 2013, in the field of electronics, as of the date of advertisement.
For Senior Manager (Marketing and Export)- First Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering & Technology (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics/Production) with First Class in 2-years MBA or equivalent/Post Graduate Diploma /Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing/Sales & Marketing awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.
Experience– Minimum 24 months completed experience working in a manufacturing company registered under the Companies Act 2013, in the field of marketing or export, as of the date of advertisement.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews.
Screening– Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility.
Interview– The candidates who are short-listed for Interview/Interaction will be required to bring original documents/testimonials, along with self-attested copies, in support of Age, Qualification, and Experience etc.
