IPPB Recruitment 2025: India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) is recruiting applicants to fill out the post of Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer in Scale III, V, VI, and VII on Regular and Contractual Basis under various departments. There are 07 vacancies for the assigned position. As per the official notification of IPPB Recruitment 2025, selection will be made based on their performance in an Interview. However, in addition to interviews, the Bank retains the ability to administer assessments, group discussions, or online tests. The candidate who belongs to the SC/ST/PWD category needs to pay only Intimation charges of Rs.150, whereas the rest all are required to pay an Application Fee of Rs.750.
Based on the official notification IPPB Recruitment 2025, the candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which may be extended for a period of 02 years after reviewing performance annually. Selected candidates will be posted at the Corporate Office, New Delhi. However, the Bank reserved the right to post the officer anywhere in India. The selected candidates in SMGS (Scale-III) are required to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 36 (Thirty-Six) months. The candidate will be required to execute a bond of Rs. 2,00,000 (rupees two lacs only) plus applicable GST for the same at the time of joining. In addition to the above, the officer would be entitled to Performance Pay if applicable by IPPB from time to time.
