Job Location for IRCON Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2024, the candidate will be assigned to work anywhere in the Projects/Offices of the Company within India or abroad as per company’s requirement from time to time.

Referring to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2024, the appointment will initially be for a period of 03 years.

Salary for IRCON Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2024, the salary of the selected candidate is given below:

For Deputy General Manager/Financial Analysis (E-4)-

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs.70000 and Rs.200000 plus allowances plus PRP(IDA).

For Deputy Manager/ Finance (E-2) –

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 and Rs.160000 plus allowances in additional PRP (IDA).

For Assistant Manager/ Finance (E-2) –

• The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 40000 and Rs.140000 plus allowances in additional PRP (IDA)

Age Limit for IRCON Recruitment 2024:

As indicated in the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2024, the age limit is listed below:

For Deputy General Manager/Financial Analysis –

• The upper age limit required for the mentioned post is 41 years.

For Deputy Manager/ Finance –

• The upper age limit required for the mentioned post is 33 years.

For Assistant Manager/ Finance –

• The upper age limit required for the mentioned post is 30 years.

Essential Qualifications and Experience for IRCON Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2024, the essential qualification and experience is mentioned below:

• The candidate should have a degree of CA/ICWA with not less than 55% marks. Or
• The candidate should have 02 years full time MBA or equivalent full time PG Degree or full time PG Diploma with specialization in Finance with not less than 55% marks from institute of repute duly approved by Govt./ recognized by AICTE/UGC Or
• The candidate should have full time PG Degree in Finance from reputed International Universities.

Experience-

If working in PSU/Central Govt./State Govt./Railways:

• The candidate should have total Experience of 9 years and Presently working in scale of Rs. 70000–200000 (IDA) / Level 11 (CDA) or
• The candidate should have working for 2 years in scale of Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA) / Level 9 (CDA)

If working in Public Sector Bank/Other Government organization where CDA/IDA pay scale is not followed:

• The candidate should have 9 Years and
• CTC: Presently drawing CTC of not less than 19 Lacs per annum supported by Form 16/Earning Card/Salary Slip/Appraisal letter or any other suitable document.

If working in Private Sector Organization or on consolidated pay in PSU/Govt. Organization:

• The candidate should have 9 years.
• The candidate should have prior experience in Financial Modelling for infrastructure projects and extremely conversant with MS excel.
• Candidates having prior experience in merger and Acquisition, Debt syndication, valuation adviser, transaction adviser, bid preparation and viability measurement will be preferred.
