IRCTC Recruitment 2023: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Group General Manager on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption whichever is earlier. There is only 01 vacancy for the given post. The place of posting will be New Delhi. As per the official notification of IRCTC recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 55 years. Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 67000 asper IRCTC Recruitment Notification.

Job Description- The officer is required to ensure smooth functioning in areas of Procurement, adhering and Quality. He is responsible for proactivity for Catering apartments primarily, and responsible for empanelment or vendors for catering items used on regular basis. He imparts technical advice to zones on procurement issues for both, Catering and General items. The officer is also responsible for Food Safety Management system, Food Audit, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys and is instrumental in the ISO certification of various units. The officer is also required to head the Tendering department of IRCTC at the Corporate office. Note: Job/Posting may be changed as per business requirements.
The place of posting will be New Delhi (transferable as per business requirement).
Tenure– The appointment is based on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption whichever is earlier.
