IRDAI Recruitment 2024: The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is looking for interested and well-motivated candidates for the post of Assistant Manager (AM). There are 49 vacancies available for the above-mentioned opportunity. The candidates that are selected for IRDAI Recruitment 2024 will receive a base salary of Rs. 44500 per month, with further allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Allowance, Qualification Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Grade Allowance, and other benefits as permitted from time to time, as admissible. The basic pay scale is Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years). The starting gross monthly salary for an Assistant Manager is currently around Rs. 146000 (not including qualification allowance, if relevant). The New Pension Scheme (NPS), which has specified contributions, will apply to selected candidates.
The selection of the candidates will be based on an Examination and an Interview conducted by the committee stated in the official notification of IRDAI Recruitment 2024. subject to any extension of such probation, the total period of probation shall be a maximum of two years from the date of joining the service.
