According to the official notification of IRFC Recruitment 2024, the tenure for the mentioned opportunity will be on an immediate absorption/ deputation basis (deputation for serving Government officers and absorption for others) basis for an initial period of 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The candidates selected for IRFC Recruitment 2024, will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.200000 to Rs.370000 in the IDA scale – revised for persons appointed on an absorption basis. For officers from the Central Government appointed on a deputation basis, it will be parent pay plus admissible allowances.
