Overview:

Ixigo is hiring an experienced Program Manager at their Gurugram location. They are seeking an innovative program manager to contribute to the development of new technology products for our company. In this role, your duties will include overseeing the various stages of product development and collaborating with the software development team. You will also be responsible for the deployment and integration of new products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Take ownership through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle

Facilitates all the Scrum ceremonies

Fetching reports from JIRA & maintaining sprint metrics

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope & project schedule using appropriate verification techniques

Keeping close track of all the deliveries

Assist the Product team in maintaining the roadmaps & Backlogs

Collaborates with other Program Managers (PM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization

Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams

Collaborating with system engineers and software architects

Reporting product development progress to Senior Leadership

Overseeing product deployment and integration.

Maintaining the open communication environment

Eligibility:

Relevant of 3+ Years of Experience in program management, in software product industry

Expertise in Agile methodology

Experience of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment

A demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and functional teams

Proficiency in JIRA

Scrum Certifications are a plus

Demonstrate understanding of functional and technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows)

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
