Jaipur Court Refuses Bail in Rs. 4,000 Crore GST Evasion Case The Jaipur Court has recently rejected the bail appeal of Naveen Yadav, who is accused of being involved in a huge Rs. 4,000 crore GST evasion. Yadav was held by the DGGI, Jaipur Zonal Unit, after conducting a major raid. He has been in judicial custody since February 19 and is accused of running a large-scale operation for illegally supplying goods and avoiding required tax payments. There are two more co-accused involved in this scam- Manoj Vijay and Rajeev Yadav. While Vijay has been arrested, Rajeev Yadav is still on the run after the raids. Naveen Yadav's counsel said that his client did not do anything in this scam and is wrongly accused. However, Special Public Prosecutor R.N. Yadav, appearing for the DGGI, disagreed with the appeal and said Naveen has a history of tax evasion and conducting fraud.
