JEE Advanced 2024: Things Restricted at Exam Hall

Candidates are not allowed to carry any of the items listed below items to the exam hall.

• Electronic devices: mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, smartphones, pen drives, electronic pens, calculators, iPad, tabs, health bands, digital/ smart/ programmable watches, etc
• Abacus
• Slide rule
• Log books/ table
• Study material of any type, Geometry box/ pouch/ scale/pencil box, Printed, blank, handwritten, or white paper or piece of paper or writing pad, Wallet or handbag or goggles
• No jewellery: – Rings, bracelets, earrings, pendants, charms, nose pins, chains/necklaces, badges, brooches, hair bands, hair pins, clothes with full sleeves or big buttons, Clothes with big buttons and full sleeves
• No Veil/ charm/table/ and Shoes, closed sandals (It is advisable to wear open footwear like chappals and open sandals.)

JEE Advanced 2024: Guidelines for Entrance Exam

Candidates must follow the guidelines mentioned in the JEE Advance admit card. Here are some important instructions to be followed:

• Candidates must have their JEE Advanced 2024 admit card and a valid ID
• To avoid a last-minute rush, organize all relevant documents and stationery one day in advance.
• Candidates should come at least 60 minutes before the reporting time indicated on their admit card.
• Keep the admissions card, black ballpoint pen, and original photo ID in there.
