Overview:

JLL is hiring an experienced Finance Executive at their Mumbai location. You will perform billing and collection related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transaction and client accruals during month end.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

Perform cash management duties

Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email

Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing

Monitor accounts and incoming payments

Maintaining records of invoices submitted and paid

Verify discrepancies in TDS (if any)

Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues ad questions

Perform Client accruals during month end.

Qualifications for this Job:

Qualification required B.COM/M.COM

Proficiency in MS Excel

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

organizing and prioritizing

1-2 years experience for entry-level position

Knowledge of accounts receivable must
