Overview:

GSN Games is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Bangalore. The candidate should be a number cruncher with top-notch analytical and reporting skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payable process related invoicing, query handling, vendor management along with accurate and timely processing of invoices (Advances, vendor payments)
• Review invoices to ensure they contain the necessary information for accounting and payment.
• Ensure that it adheres to all Contracts, internal policies & procedures.
• Check invoices for legitimacy, GST / Tax compliances, TDS, PO, SOP compliance etc. Foreign Payment management.
• Ensure timely processing of all manual, electronic payments and credit card transactions Passing monthly accounting entries – Journal Vouchers and meeting the month end/year end deadlines.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee’s expense claims as per Company’s process & policies.
• Manage month end activities of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements Support on Tax reconciliation, Bank reconciliation etc.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders over email and calls e.g. Corporate Law compliance Personnel, Bank personnel etc Support on Internal and external audits. Supporting on Treasury related work ie Inward remittance management, BRC, Credit card related queries etc.
• Continually identify ways to improve accounts payable process flow

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Sound knowledge on payroll and employee benefit/ compensation laws, Provident Fund, and Labour Laws.
• Good communication skills.

Eligibility:

• CA Inter/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 4 – 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoicing and SAP.
