Overview:

Shangri-La is seeking for an experienced Service Associate – Income Audit for their Bangalore location. He/she must have a complete understanding of all hotel operations and finances and maintain a good working relationship with other departments in the hotel.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Verify revenue on a daily basis and ensure all are posted and accounted for.
• Ensure accuracy of Daily Revenue Report
• Verify documents submitted by various revenue generating sources towards completeness of revenue captured, audit checks comprising of surprise/spot checks and user access rights towards effective internal control system
• Produce timely report for management decision making.

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Excellent Computer skills
• Ability good team player
• Ability to motivate and work with Multi cultural work environment

Eligibility:

• Accounting graduate from a reputable university
• 2 years’ experience in similar position in 5 star hotel backgrounds.
