Eaton is hiring an experienced Associate Analyst. GTM at their Pune location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Able to operationally manage HS Classification & qualification requests from various businesses globally

Should be able to manage and drive global projects in co-ordination with various plant GTM coordinators, global stakeholders and customs offcials

Advanced Functional knowledge and exposure in GTM documentation of Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Country of Origin (COO), HS Chapters to identify correct classification of parts basis prevalant government guidelines.

Strong communication and presentation skills to work with global, regional teams

Resolve queries, addresses escalations from requestors, and communicate with actions and resolutions

Reporting of daily/monthly deliverables, Creation & updating of process documents

Provide data / presentation decks for monthly customer reviews. Working knowledge Power BI is preferred.

Close coordination with cross-functional operations team to ensure closure with aligned SLA and metrics defined.

Ensure trade compliance is met for all in scope Eaton plants.

Understands QMS practices and deployment of QMS practices for the processes

Understanding of Import/Export regulations for trade compliance

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

ERP knowledge / working of ERP’s like SAP/Oracle/Qlikview

VBA coding/ automation skills can be an added advantage

Interpersonal skills – Able to work in a global environment and with stakeholders located in different regions of the world

Time / Priority Management – An individual with a strong sense of urgency

Be able to provide business insights from the unstructured data

Learning Agility should be high as multiple rule changes from the governement have to incorporated quickly and implemented.

Accountability and take ownership of driving end to end projects

Effective collaboration – Works collaboratively with others to meet shared goals, ability to drive others to achieve results, coaching if required

Analyzing & problem solving; is innovative

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

3- 4 years of working experience in manufacturing industries / similar industry will be required where there is handson experience on classifying parts.

Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) for basic analytics

Business Communication – Verbal & Written

Escalation Management

SCM domain knowledge

HS Classification, FTA, COO, Custom Duties application and others

Influencing skills – Connect with customers (internal/external) with clarity and vision and able to convince them
