Overview:

Swiggy is hiring an experienced Business Associate at their Bangalore location. You will build hypotheses of factors that would positively move the P&L metric – via first-principled problem solving, learnings from past successful/ failed experiments.

What will you be doing:

Design and execute new experiments and data-driven decision making by studying results

Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads on progress and analytical insights

Build comprehensive metric dashboards to track metrics and measure inputs

Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver the result.

Qualifications for this Job:

Tier-1 Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in Strategy/Consulting/Analytics/ Consumer Facing Products

Self-motivated, having the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Structured Problem solving – Being able to think MECE and prioritize

Effective Communication Skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel & Power-Point, SQL, Python
