Overview:

Meesho is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance strategy (Corporate Development) at their Bangalore location. As AM- Finance Strategy, you’ll drive strategic partnerships and investor relations and fundraising programs. In this role, you’ll take up initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects and drive execution with various org teams within Meesho.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Manage the end-to-end IPO process either in India or US

Liaise with various intermediaries like other Merchant Bankers, Advertising Agencies, Law firms, Registrars to the Issues Offer, Brokers, Bankers, etc.

Coordinate with the research team with respect to valuations, research reports, etc.

Liaise with regulatory authorities (SEBI, SEC and Stock Exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE, BSE & NSE)

Qualifications for this Job:

1 to 2 years of experience in program management experience (freshers can apply too).

Some experience in a VC firm will be an added advantage.

Experience in driving company road shows, drafting offer documents and getting required approvals from SEBI or SEC.

Understanding of internal processes and tech/product rollouts to get the company IPO ready.

Strong exposure in taking the company public/IPO ready.
