Eligibility:

Hands-on experience on network optimization and handling Multi-Layer Networks (Multi carrier LTE). 5G Knowledge will be added advantage

Thorough understanding of 5G, LTE fundamentals

Expertise on 4G KPIs & Counters; proven skills in achieving KPI Targets; Specially for LTE multi-layer interworking and optimisation to be known. 5G Knowledge will be added advantage.

Expertise on 5G/4G Parameters & features and through understanding.

Day to Day interactions with Operations team to resolve KPI impacting operational issues and alarms to meet KPI targets

Support TSG team in analysis to resolve customer complaints based on need

Discussion with customer on KPI target and issues to be highlighted where customer actions required

Network doctor report knowledge for KPI analysis
