JP Morgan is hiring an experienced Loan Servicing – Team Member at their Bangalore location. You will Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
• Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes
• Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details
• Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
• Take part in organization’s initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC’s inclusive culture

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Should be open to work in shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
• Comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools specially Excel and Word
• Self motivated to ensure high morale during stressful times
