Overview:

Xerox is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Associate Analyst at their Chandigarh location. The candidate should have good understanding of basic invoicing, validation and related AP processes. Responsible for providing quality process and/or customer satisfaction and loyalty support.

What will you be doing:

Conducting training and refresher sessions as and when required including sharing Updates

Able to Plan, implement & handle projects independently.

Managing team up to 35 Quality Associates & Ensures Service Level Agreements & KPI’s are constantly met. Leading continuous Quality Improvements & Initiatives for business Growth

Enabling team members with skills to improve their Morale, product knowledge, and communication skills

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

Liaison with Cross functional Teams /Dept. to draft processes /Procedures

Identify Areas of Improvement and take necessary action

Optimum Leave Management to ensure Self & Team Members Work Life Balance

Knowledge Sharing – Share updates & feedbacks received from client with team in a constructive manner

Keeps track on the customer expectations/commitments, delivery roadmaps and accordingly assess the future needs for the team that impacts and supports delivery. Keeping a track not to miss on the SLA.

Understands and follows established quality standards and ensures that the team is delivery as per the required quality parameters.

Analyzes and identifies process defects, and designs and implements improvements.

Applies best practices and trains validation team as and when required on various projects. Makes sure that we deliver good results.

Ensures that the attrition is within the acceptable limit. Foresees the attrition and develops mitigation & contingency plans proactively to eliminate or minimize any possible impact.

Mentors, coach, motivate and supervise Quality Analysts and guide them on new updates as and when required. Also responsible for people management.

Provides suggestions and improvement ideas for the validation guide which is followed by the entire validation team.

Makes sure that the Quality team performs and deliver good results.

Qualifications for this Job:

Total Experience- 4+Years of Experience in a Team Lead or Similar role.

Education–Graduate or Diploma Holders, Preferably B.Com

To ensure adherence to service level agreement

Good communication skills – written and spoken English

Basic knowledge of Global Financial Processes especially AP. Thorough Understanding of Invoices and Payment processes in B2B environment

Good knowledge of Process Documentation and procedures.

What Skills are Needed:

Excellent in Drafting Operational SOP’s in line with ISO requirements

Should be able to handle high pressures and act in a composed manner

Possess Good knowledge of Operational tools & control metrics

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Understand customer requirements & meet the deadlines as per the SLA

Train new employee on company standards and procedures

Enabling team members with skills to improve their Morale, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Responsible for making sure that teams deliver as per plan.
