Overview:

Invesco is hiring an experienced Sr. Eng. I, Eng Corp at their Hyderabad location. As the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Engineer, this position is to provide all levels of administration and management services to support ServiceNow, as well as support continuous improvement through reporting, tracking, and trending.   Development activities to include should be completed within expected delivery dates and should adhere to all Invesco development standards.  The ability to communicate with both business users and Technology professionals is a must.  This position will work closely with business partners in Human Resources and Payroll and other Technology team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Design, develop and implement the service portal within the ServiceNow HRSD module

Oversee the performance and execution of multiple HRSD processes within ServiceNow

Collaborate and ensure a broad approach to how ServiceNow and other tools, resources and platforms could/should interact to build a seamless employee experience.

Identify system deficiencies, recommend solutions, and participate in ongoing production support.

Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow team members to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes and requests.

Participate in projects and support issues associated with HR ServiceNow and other relevant applications, collaborating closely with appropriate Technology, HR and Payroll departments as well as associated vendors.

Maintain, document, and continuously improve the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools associated with the operation of the HR ServiceNow platform and other Service Delivery tools/resources/systems.

Collaborate with others to develop a core understanding of user personas and needs.

Conduct usability testing to build data and value-driven framework for implementing UX design.

Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery product offerings and other supporting technologies.

Eligibility:

5 years of experience in HR technology, specifically supporting the processes and administration of ServiceNow

Experience working with ITSM and/or HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow

Familiarity with working in an Agile environment

Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes leveraging the HRSD framework

Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services.

Strong knowledge and familiarity with HR processes.

Experience designing and deploying web-based end user self-service portals

Knowledge of and experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, XML and Web Services

Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools; monitoring, alerting and federated sources of CI data

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems Computer Science is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred
