P&G is hiring an experienced Specialist Media Payments at their Mumbai location. You will be the owner of invoicing, payment and stewardship processes (POP checks and sampling) for media and other brand operational spends. Job involves raising POs, submitting invoices and completing payment processes on system tools for media and brand operations POs. It also includes preparedness for and handling audits.

What will you be doing:

Timely closure of all purchase orders up to payment, with no errors. No gaps found in financial audits.

Extreme focus on attention to detail and discipline is a must.

Job requires the ability to navigate through payment/process linked issues through knowledge, diligence, collaboration and expertise.

Qualifications for this Job:

Minimum 5 years’ experience.

Graduation Minimum, MBA preferred.

Finance experience preferred.

Excellent problem solving, discipline and diligence.
