Overview:

Hitachi is hiring an experienced ERP Data Architect – S2P at their Bangalore location. The Hitachi Energy IS ERP Solution/Data Architect S2P is accountable for managing data topics within Source to Pay stream. This role is mainly but not exclusively focused on the REIWA program. REIWA is an important Hitachi Energy IS ERP program which acts as an enabler of our ongoing transformation as an independent entity.

What will you be doing:

Responsible for data definition together with the functional stream.

Owns the data architecture for assigned functional domain.

Owns data object definition and integration requirements.

Orchestrates business requirements in relation to data object set up.

Defines data migration and data maintenance solution approaches.

Responsible together with end-to-end team for data migration strategy definition, lifecycle and sign off.

Responsible for data conversion spec review and sign off

Supports local Data SMEs and global Data SMEs in data cleansing and enrichment together with the implementation partners.

Data validation rule verification and alignment with end-to-end team.

Data defect management co-ordinate between business data SPOC’s, solution archi-tect and migration developers to solve the data defects.

Leading data migration topics within the assigned functional domain with worldwide implementation across many countries.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline. Preferably in IT discipline.

Strong data analytic skills

Competency on SAP Material Management module, and data objects within the MM domain including business partner vendor, purchasing info record, source list, pur-chasing pricing, quota arrangement, outline agreement, purchase order, material pur-chasing view.

Competency to understand Reiwa S/4 data structures in MM and BP and correspond-ing dependencies with MDG and Ariba

Know the Business object model LO-MM-PUR (SWO3), Entity relationships of Pur-chasing data objects, DB Joins & views related to Vendor & PO Master data.

DDIC – SAP data dictionary knowledge (Foreign Keys/Value Tables), Table Key relationships for S2P Objects.

Data Mapping experience – able to reduce data object entities M:1 to support the Migration of multiple Legacy systems to one Reiwa S/4 instance.

Competency to understand legacy SAP setups and impact on existing migration spec-ifications

Competency to understand and modify migration specifications,

Communication & leadership skills to manage local data SMEs, conduct meetings, manage tasks, and follow up, reporting on progress, highlight showstoppers

Minimum 3+ years of SAP MM migration experience and configuration knowledge in SAP MM modules

Experienced in managing complex and diverse stakeholders, and ability to effective-ly communicate with them. Excellent presentation skills is highly desirable.

Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
