Overview:

American Express is seeking for an experiened Support Analyst for their Gurgaon location. The role is a financial analyst role, managing vendor payments and queries for EMEA region.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Index and perform secondary review of vendor invoices submitted in Stream before pushing it for BU approvals.
• Handle vendor invoice payment processing and customer queries for EMEA markets.
• Scan vendor invoices submitted manually using Kofax software.
• Manage the unpaid transactions process ensuring the paid-on time in maintained at industry standards.
• Manage requester queries and ensure tracking and timely processing of rush invoices
• Take active ownership of key stages in vendor invoice processing (viz. scanning, indexing, secondary review, processing and payment)
• Adept with digital payment platforms: Stream, Oracle SL and Kofax
• Display higher order precision standards while ensuring compliance with controls & prevailing policies/procedures
• Ensure that all deadlines are continually met, while adequate adherence is maintained over the processes to ensure integrity of the information
• Participation in standardization and other interface groups to ensure a smooth service delivery
• Continuously ensuring the process documents and SOP’s are managed and updated regularly in compliance will all local policies

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Good communication skills i.e. both Oral and written
• Sound analytical skills
• MS Excel and Oracle skills

Eligibility:

• Graduate
• Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in Accounts Payables- Supplier Payment Operations with good accounting knowledge and good communication (verbal & written) skills.
