Noon is seeking an experienced Finance Executive for their Gurgaon location, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. They are searching for problem solvers, people who operate with a bias for action.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Process of PO / NON-PO Invoice.
• Post of Adjustment entries.
• Handle emails and query resolution e-mails receiving from the different internal departments
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well with internal departments and meet strict deadlines/ SLA adherence
• Documents Checklist (Invoice/Purchase Order/Packing List/Bill of lading/AWB).

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word.
• Accuracy in the processing of disbursements / Payables.
• Excellent data entry skills
• Detail oriented but also be able to work
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to answer a call receiving the stakeholders in the process .

Eligibility:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Work Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) will be an added Advantage.
• Work Experience from Ecommerce/ manufacturing industry will be an added weightage
