I. Reconcile bank statements and Prepare and post monthly journals.
II. Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
III. Monthly closing provisions & Depreciation Posting.
2. Accounts Payable
I. Invoice Booking with 3-way match principal in SAP.
II. Clearing of Payments against Invoices Paid.
III. Vendor Reconciliation on monthly basis.
IV. Clearing of all GRN on monthly basis.
3. Accounts Receivable
I. Customer Invoicing
II. Assist with pursuing overdue debtors.
III. Customer Reconciliation
4. Bank Payments
I. Processing of Vendors Payments after verifying the vendor balances & posting thereof in SAP with clearing Entry.
II. Ensuring correct data management of Bank details of vendors in SAP.
5. Monthly GST Returns
I. Preparation & Filing of monthly GST returns
II. Manage GST refunds/payments.
6. Expense Claims
I. Process staff expense claims.
II. Ensure the claims are properly authorised
7. Cash Management
I. Maintain Bank Balance information.
II. Maintain Petty Cash records.
III. Maintain Cash Journal records
IV. Maintain Cash Book data entry.
8. Capex Accounting
Creation of Capex projects in SAP
Monthly settlement of RAs & Capitalisation of Fixed Assets.
9. Software knowledge
SAP & Tally Must
Qualification :B.com/M.com/ MBA ( Finance )
