Job Description:
Onboarding formalities for all new joiners pan India
Liaison with banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.
Maintaining the employees database & employees personal files
Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave Encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects)
Maintaining & Tracking Attendance (via HUB ), Leave, LOP for all levels of employees
Responsible for deducting & remitting ESI, PF & TDS after co-ordination with Statutory Consultant
Handling all statutory related queries, F&F and settlement formalities for resigned employees
Assisting in forming HR policies, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
Conducting training program and other related activities such as Agenda, Attendance sheet, Feedback Form ,etc.
Analysis of Feedback and effectiveness of training by conducting Pre and Post test (either on online / structured or unstructured) as a part of evaluating effectiveness of training
Managing MIS, preparation of HR reports as and end to end appraisal process and follow up for closure of appraisal activity at various stages in coordination with HR head.
Responsible for drafting and issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters and all other HR letters and Announcements.
Responsible for HR Analytics, Reporting, HR Security & Compliances Regulations & HR Audit
Recruitment of Fresher’s and help in getting relevant candidates from colleges
Salary – Upto Rs. 5 lacs p.a & depending on current salary & interview
Qualification – Graduate with 2-3 years experience in HR (MBA HR will be an added advantage)
