Qualification for KVS Recruitment 2022:

• PRT – Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
• PRT Music requires a Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% or Intermediate with 50% or its equivalent, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized university. ii) Ability to teach in both English and Hindi.
• PGT – Two-year integrated postgraduate M.Sc. course at NCERT’s Regional College of Education in the field. OR A Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% in the relevant discipline. A B.Ed. or an equivalent degree from a recognized university is required. Proficiency in Hindi and English media teaching.
• PGT CS – At least 50% in any of the following subjects: B.E. or B.Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/university recognized by the Government of India. or B.E. or B.Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from a recognized University or M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University or B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ BCA or Equivalent and Alternatively, a ‘B’ Level from DOEACC and a Post Graduate degree in any discipline, or a ‘C’ Level from the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and graduation.
• PGT (Bio-Technology) – Master’s Degree in Bio-Technology/Genetics/Micro Biology/Life Science/Bio-Science/Bio-Chemistry with at least 50% in aggregate. Proficiency in both Hindi and English teaching.
• TGT – Four-year integrated degree study at NCERT’s Regional College of Education in the relevant topic with at least 50% aggregate marks. OR a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% in the appropriate subject/subject combination and in aggregate. The electives and Languages topics in the combination of CONCERNED subjects. A B.Ed. or an equivalent degree from a recognized university is required. Pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II, which CBSE administers in compliance with the NCTE Guidelines. Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English.
