Candidates should have a Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture, MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG)
Manager (Finance)
Candidates should have CA/ICWA
Mention below is the experience required for KWMP Recruitment 2023:
Fleet Manager (Operations)
Candidates should have 12 Years of Experience. (after acquiring a Degree/Diploma) Preferably on board ship experience as Master/Chief Engineer
Fleet Manager (Maintenance)
Candidates should have Minimum 12 years (after acquiring Degree/Diploma) of shipyard experience or Operation & Maintenance experience on Board Ships
Manager (Finance)
Candidates should have Minimum 5 Years of experience in Finance/Accounts. Cost & Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management etc. in Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed private companies. The training experience will not be counted.
