LIC Recruitment 2022: Life Insurance Company of India (LIC) has invited applications hiring candidates for the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Chief Digital Officer (CDO), and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) posts. The period of the contract will be 03 (three) years initially and can be renewable yearly at the sole discretion of LIC. There are 03 vacancies for these posts (One vacancy for each post under the UR category).

The compensation package would comprise fixed and variable components but not a limiting factor for a suitable candidate.

Period of Engagement for LIC Recruitment 2022:

The contract will be for a period of 3 years renewable yearly or for a lesser period subject to satisfactory performance at the discretion of the Corporation. The contract can be terminated at one month’s notice on either side.

Selection Procedure for LIC Recruitment 2022:

i. Initial Screening.

ii. Candidates will be short-listed for a personal interview, based on their qualifications, experience and overall suitability.

iii. Selection will be based on personal interviews/ interactions.

Application Fees for LIC Recruitment 2022:

The candidate will be required to pay an application fee including intimation Fees (Non-Refundable): Rs.1000 (One thousand only) plus GST as applicable.
