On 17.02.2022 Lucknow Customs, seized 1030 grams Foreign Origin Gold worth Rs. 52.73 lakhs from three cases at CCSI airport.
Custom Team Officials seized gold worth Rs 52.73.
In two cases officials recovered gold in paste form concealed in the socks worn by the passengers who were arriving by flight no. 6E-1088
In one case the gold in paste form was found unclaimed in the customs area.
The accused are under custody, further investigation is under process.
