Overview:

Keysight Technologies is looking for an experienced Finance Associate at their Gurugram location to perform data analysis and make proposal to roll out any new projects which bring in efficiency or effectiveness in terms of cash rebate or costs reduction for Accounts Payable function and partner with operations and stakeholders to implement the proposal which involves different phases such as design, testing, communication, and plan for smooth go live.

This opening is for night shift. The candidate will manage and resolve queries independently.

Qualifications for the role:

• Master’s degree or University Degree in Accounting or CA.
• At least 5-7 years relevant working experience preferably in a multinational organization with strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge on ERP system such as Oracle with ability to know system functionality.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What will be doing:

• Work with IT team for any system enhancement or resolve any system issues.  Possess aggressiveness and proactively escalate as necessary to solve any IT related issues timely.
• Solve a broad range of Accounts Payable or Employee Reimbursement business-related problems of varying scope and complexity.
• Keeps management informed of process/project progress and key challenges on timely basis.
