Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Understand project requirements as per program milestones. (Any OEM Product development Gateway System)

Support project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation, including; QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation & release, CAE and physical validation support, development & implementation support

CAD support for engineering proposals preparation in consultation with internal external (Supplier) experts

Release of drawings and models with system engineer

Preparation of Bill of material.

Support to CDMM and other implementation team for part development and quality initiatives.

Eligibility:

Experience in Trim Design at Automobile OEM or Tier 1 is preferred with around 4 to 7 Yrs

Exposure to global requirements for trim engineering & design (IP, Console, CCB, air vent etc.)

Expertise on plastic component design and knowledge and understanding of tooling.

Expert in Catia V5 and engineering data management systems.

CAD Modeling

Design Optimization

BOM.

Diploma / Post Diploma in Tool Design with 3 to 5 yrs ,Graduate in Mechanical / Tool Engineering with 2 to 3 yrs

Qualifications:-Diploma / Post Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering / Tool Engineering
