Max Healthcare Institute Limited, on September 11, 2026, vide an intimation, had disclosed about the filing of certain petitions, including interlocutory petitions, before the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Cuttack Bench, by the legal representatives of BRS Capital Two Pte. Limited (BRS Capital).

The writ petitions had been filed against the subsidiary of the company, i.e., Kalinga Hospital Ltd (KHL), and the other shareholder of KHL from whom the company acquired the majority equity stake and the company.

The aforesaid writ petitions were heard on September 28, 2026, at 2.30 pm (IST). The company has now vide an Intimation dated September 29, 2026, the hearing scheduled for September 28, 2026, could not take place before the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Cuttack Bench, due to paucity of time.

According to the company, the personal hearing has been adjourned to October 29, 2026. The NCLT had informed the company about the same update vide an order dated September 29, at 5.45 pm (IST).

The aforementioned information has been disclosed by Max Healthcare Institute Limited to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE), vide an Intimation dated September 29, 2026, issued under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
