MCA and ICSI to Hold User Awareness Session on Form AOC-4 Filing Amid Glitches on MCA-21 Version-3 Portal:

The MCA and ICSI will conduct an AOC-4 user awareness session on October 19, 2026, amid portal glitch concerns and extension requests, while the October 29 filing deadline remains unchanged.
October 29 AOC-4 Filing Deadline Remains Unchanged

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in collaboration with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), is initiating a User Awareness Session on Form AOC-4 to facilitate stakeholder awareness and resolve queries/doubts concerning the form filing. As per the sources, the session is scheduled for October 19, 2026 (Monday) at 11:00 AM onwards.
The statutory due date to furnish Form AOC-4 (and its variants like AOC-4 XBRL and AOC-4 CFS) for the companies that held their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, is October 29, 2026.
The decision to organise such an awareness session has been followed by the receipt of several representations requesting an extension in the due date to file Form AOC-4, citing glitches on the MCA-21 Version-3 portal.
However, stakeholders should note that, as of now, no extension has been made to the initial due date for Form AOC-4 filing; consequently, they are advised to keep a close eye on the MCA portal for any official confirmation (such as a notification) in case any changes are made to the formal deadline.
