McAfee Hiring HR IT System Analyst

Overview:

McAfee is hiring an experienced HR IT SYSTEMS ANALYST, Candidate will be working virtually for this job position. HR IT Systems Analyst will be part of Technology Services Organization reporting to People Success & Legal services department. Focus of this opportunity is to engage with the business to clarify requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions in the Workday landscape. Convert requirements into technical terms and advise on resource requirements and scope. Develop integrations, document changes, may provide production support to solve integration problems. Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Develop Workday Integration using Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, EIB, API, custom reports, and calculated fields.

Config and implement Workday Time Tracking

Use data transformation technologies like SQL, XLST as needed

Translate user’s requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications

Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (i.e., system users, company management, consultants, software support staff)

Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SQL, Workday, and ServiceNow and related application systems

Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.

Your background includes 3 to 5 years Analyst Experience.
