MECON Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for the post of “Director” in a “Schedule A” Category. Director is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the chairman and managing director. MECON LTD. was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as Metallurgical and Engineering Consultants providing design and consultancy work for the iron and steel industries of India.
The last date for submitting the application – 20/10/2022, Applications are to be addressed to Smt. Kimbuong Kipgen Secretary, Public Enterprise Selection Board, public enterprise Bhawan block No.14 CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003 and Duration of Appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of retirement and candidates submit their form only through online mode.

The Applicant Should be an engineering graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/ institution.
The Applicant with MBA/ PGDM will have added advantage.
The Applicant should possess adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level of Management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in project planning and Management/Design and consultancy/ detailed engineering.
Experience in Consultancy/ Technology/ Projects in the area of coal and coke, chemical, metals, non-metals, mining, power, oil and gas, and infrastructure will be added advantages.
