Overview:

Meesho is hiring an experienced Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Payables at their Bangalore location. As a Senior Finance Executive, you’ll be part of a team of professionals working in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation. The team consists of Chartered Accountants, Business experts and Engineers, who have previously worked for internationally renowned organisations. You will coordinate with the operations team and third-party vendors, review vendor invoices and payment processing, and ensure the timely release of vendor payment while identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

What will you be doing:

Assist in Logistics Invoice validation and closing the disputes with Logistics

Monitoring Payment & Accounting of Logistics Vendors expenses, credit notes

Analyse & identify inaccuracies in Logistics vendor invoices

Perform data analysis using tools such as SQL

Liaise with counterparts at vendors and follow up and closure on COD discrepancies and any other discrepancies.

Assist in other analysis/reports as may be required by Management from time to time.

Work closely with the Operations team for closure of vendor disputes

Conduct periodic vendor balance reconciliation with the 3PLs

Coordination with the statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audit.

Qualifications for this Job:

Graduate / CA Intermediate with overall experience of 3-5 years

Expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets

Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and execute with speed

Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL

Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
