Overview:

Meesho is hiring an experienced Senior Growth Associate – SEO at their Bangalore location. As a Senior Growth Associate, you’ll both contribute as an individual as well as in a team. Enhancing Meesho’s brand will be key to success in your role. You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including product, engineering, category, marketing, and various business teams to deliver meaningful narratives.

What will you be doing:

Coordinate with business, analytics, product team to implement strategies

Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

Work on keyword optimized pages, interlinking, FAQs, breadcrumbs, structured data, etc

Audit SEO levers on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement/ optimisation

Manage content strategy for SEO, ASO and YouTube SEO

Own processes end-to-end

Work closely with our in-house team of SEO resources

Create and maintain necessary SEO dashboards for regular monitoring of the KPIs

Staying ahead of industry changes and act as our in-house expert on new approaches to SEO

Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings

Develop and implement link building campaigns

Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

Qualifications for this Job:

3-5 years of experience in handling SEO, ASO and YT SEO

Advanced skills and sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Trends and Keyword Planner

Expertise in other SEO tools such as SEMrush and screaming frog

Must-have technical skills – SEO, ASO and YouTube SEO

Ability to work with numbers

Experience of working with Data studio will be an advantage

Good to have problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality

Hands-on, goal-driven, and a positive attitude
