Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Recruitment 2022: Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL) is an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, engaged in Research & Development in the area of Microelectronics. They are inviting applications from eligible candidates for various vacancies in Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), Mohali on Deputation basis from the eligible candidates under Central Government/Central Autonomous Bodies/Central PSUs.

The tenure of deputation would be up to 3 years or up to the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier. The age limit should not exceed 56 years. The interested candidates can submit their applications before 31st July 2022.

• Applications of only those officials whose service could be spared immediately on their selection, fulfilling the eligibility criteria, may submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-1) through proper channel filled in the prescribed application format along with Certificate to be furnished by the Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority (Annexure-II).
• Duly filled application maybe forwarded by the employer along with attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years, Integrity Certificate and Vigilance certificate.
