• Candidates belonging with five years of regular service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Level-9 (Rs. 53100-167800) of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; OR
• Candidates belonging with six years’ regular service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department
• Candidates should pass the Subordinate Account or Audit Service examination or equivalent examination conducted by any organized Accounts Department of the Central Government, or successfully complete training in the cash and accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent training course and a minimum of five-year experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
