(a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or
(ii) impaneled for appointment to the posts in the level-14 of the pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the Government of India; and
Possessing five years of experience in the enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic and criminal offenses and collection of intelligence relating thereof.
