Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2024: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the position of Managing Director and Director (Finance) in the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC). According to the official announcement of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2024, the candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a monthly salary of Rs.160000 to 320000 (as per Schedule ‘B’ CPSE Criteria) according to the positions (see below). The minimum age limit for applying for the position of Managing Director is 45 years and the minimum age limit for applying for the post of Director (Finance) is 40 years. The maximum age limit is mentioned below accordingly. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field.

Managing Director:

  • The candidates should have a Master’s degree or equivalent/ Post Graduation Diploma.

Director (Finance):

  • The candidates should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/ PGDM with a specialization in Finance, and with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants.

Experience Required for Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2024:

Managing Director:

  • The candidates should have an appropriate experience of atleast 05 years during the last 10 years in the Entertainment Sector excluding News and Print Media Companies.

Director (Finance):

  • The candidates should have work experience of atleast 05 years of of cumulative experience during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.

Tenure for Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2024:

The candidates selected for the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for an initial period of 05 years from the joining date or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
