Ministry of Jal Shakti recruitment 2023: The Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DOWR RD RR), under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, is recruiting for the post of Executive Director (Technical) based on deputation. As per the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Notification, eligible candidates will be hired under the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) in the Department of Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti. It is a General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post with the pay matrix level-14 (Rs. 144200-218200/-). The maximum age for posts must not be above 56 years on, or before, the date of receipt of applications.
According to the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates from central/state government bodies are only eligible for absorption, but others from non-government organizations will be hired for short-term contracts. Interested candidates must submit their application form by online mode within 30 days from the date of the employment notification with certified documents; including, an integrity certificate, no penalty statement, no vigilance, and disciplinary case. The candidates must have a graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Environment Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution. They must have 15 years of experience in the field of water resources management, construction, operation, and maintenance of pollution reduction projects.
Candidates from central/state government entities are only eligible for absorption, but others from non-government organizations will be employed for short-term contracts. They must have worked on level 13 with at least three years of experience, or he/ she must have worked on level 12 with at least eight years of experience.
According to the Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the maximum age limit of the desired candidate must not be more than 56 years.

Candidates who previously applied for positions on the 29th May – 4th June 2021 and 22nd October – 28th October 2022 must reapply. The overall duration of deputation, including time spent in another ex-cadre position held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or another central government organization, should not normally exceed five years.
