Principal Private Secretary- 

Officers under Central /State Governments/Union Territories :-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department OR With six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level 8 (Rs 47,600- Rs 1,51,100) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
• Candidates must have a speed of hundred words per minute in stenography (Hindi/English).
• Candidates must have 05 years’ experience of Stenography in English/Hindi.

Assistant Section Officer-

Officers under Central /State Governments/Union Territories :-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department OR With three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level 6 (Rs 35,400 Rs 1,12,400) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department OR With six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level 5 (Rs29,200 Rs 92,300) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department OR With ten years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis having Level 4 (R$25,500-81,100) of Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.
• Candidates must have bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.

Age Limit for Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Recruitment 2024:
