Qualification for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024:

For Account Assistant-

• The candidates must have a B.Com with at least 55% marks. Knowledge of Tally ERP.9 Software (Certificate for the same is required).
• The applicants should have one year post qualification experience related to accounts.
• The candidates must have Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric.

For Counsellor-NRC-

• The candidates must have a master’s degree in Food and Nutrition/Public Health Nutrition with one year experience OR a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics/Public Health Nutrition with two years experience.
• The applicants should have Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills. Appreciation of, and sensitivity to local cultural issues related to IYCF activities and Nutrition.
• Fluency in Hindi, English and other local languages.
• The applicants should have Basic knowledge of Excel Word & PowerPoint.
• The applicants should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

For Refrigerator Mechanics-

• The candidates should have a Certificate course in Refrigeration and Air Condition/Motor Mechanic/Electrical passed from a recognized ITI institution with having working minimum of 3 years of working experience in repairing cold chain equipment.
• The candidates should have Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric.

Age Limitation for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024: 

According to the official notification of NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024, the candidate’s age limit should be between 18 to 42 years. Age relaxation will be given to the categories as per Haryana Govt. policy and NHM Haryana rules.

Pay Scale for NHM Haryana Recruitment 2024:

For Account Assistant-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 12500.

For Counsellor-NRC-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.9840.

For Refrigerator Mechanics-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.7580.
