According to the official notification of Ministry of Railway recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years. Officers from the Central or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous organizations:
A- Holding Analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
With 05 (five) years service in Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs.35400- 112400) or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre or department,
AND
B- Possessing Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science Information Technology from or a recognized University or Institute: OR
B.E./B.Tech (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology Computer Science and or Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
