Minor candidate must take consent of their parents/guardian before appearing in examination: ICAI
As per the Guidelines for Examination Centers, Examiners, and Candidates for the December 2021 CA Examinations in the aftermath of the ongoing pandemic Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19), issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI], Minor candidate must take consent of their parents/guardian before appearing in examination.
In the event that a candidate is a minor, he or she must signify that he or she is appearing in this examination with the consent and permission of his or her parents/guardians by filling out a form that can be obtained while printing his or her Admit Card and submitting/depositing the said undertaking/format, duly signed by his or her parents/guardians, at the room/hall of the Examination centre.
