For the post of Assistant Manager (postcode 02)

• The candidate has experience in Network Administration including Network design, Network optimisation, Network projects, Network related hardware.
• Experience in IT-related procurement and asset management is desirable.

For the post of Assistant Manager (postcode 03)

• Candidates having experience in security management in Armed Forces/CRPF/ CISF/ Police, BSF/RPF/ other para military/PSU/ Railway/ Metro Rail/ Private Organizations.

In the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a Deputation, Contract and Re-employment.

• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, every year.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
